Refunds & Exchanges
To refund or exchange tickets purchased on BowTieCinemas.com or the Bow Tie Mobile App, please directly contact the theater for which tickets were purchased, prior to the printed show time. Refunds cannot be issued after the printed show time. Convenience fees are non-refundable. Tickets purchased at a theater may only be refunded or exchanged at the same theater. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Criterion Club™ movie ticket rewards loaded to a Criterion Club™ card will be restored to the Criterion Club™ account associated with the purchase. Redeemed Criterion Club™ credits cannot be refunded or restored or re-used by the guest. For tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies, guests must contact the agency directly before the scheduled movie showtime to request a refund, and refunds are subject to the refund policies of those agencies.
